I started my photography career as a wedding photographer with my lovely wife, Annerie du Plessis (we met during our photographic studies). The main objective of this page is to showcase my wildlife and sports photography portfolio.
I have travelled through Zimbabwe, visiting the Elephants at Hwange. Cruised on the mighty Chobe river and took some great shots of the African Fish Eagle. Namibian landscapes has also filled many of my memory cards. Most of the lion shots were taken at the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park – a TRULY magical place.
With my images I try and revoke a certain emotion – one that all of us have felt in our lives and one that only Africa, it’s people and places can truly show you!
The only place I truly envy is AFRICA!
